我刚报名学这项运动,今天是第一堂课。
我已经期待很久的运动了,
希望我这“文弱书生”变成“无敌铁金刚”哈哈,太夸张了吧!
课室里只有“五只小猫”很少吧!少更好,教练可以专心教我们。
原以为教练会是个AngMoh, 来的却是个华人,
而且是个“美人”(不知她结婚了吗,嘻嘻!开玩笑,我应该不会搞师生恋的!)
经过她的“严格训练”(只是对我而言罢了,因我成天躲在冷气房里),
我才发现我是这样“弱不经风”。
人真的需要运动,它会让我们精力充沛,我们才有体力去面对一切。
虽然这一课,让我又累又酸,但回家的感觉很好,人便得很轻松,很舒服。今晚一定很好睡!

I tried pilates before.. even yoga.. but it's not for me.. too slow. haa.. i guess i prefer the 'fast-paced' activities, so i can be with my little lover :)
